Ingredients
3 frozen chicken breasts
1 ½ cups brown rice
3 cups Lactaid milk
½-3/4 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp flour
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
- Before I start I like to line the crock pot with a slow cooker liner because it saves on clean up
- Measure out rice and put it on the bottom
- Stir in milk, chicken broth, flour, dry onion soup mix, salt and pepper
- Place chicken breasts on top
- Cover and let cook on high for 4-5 hours or until chicken is tender and shreds easily.
